You can't. Sky only loan them to you.

Hi, I'm interested in getting a second puck for my Sky Stream and understand there is an initial cost of £39.95, but do I also have to pay extra each month on top of my usual subscription?

If you already have a Glass TV or Stream puck then you need to pay the extra monthly Whole Home subscription to use your Sky streaming package on more than one puck or Glass TV. There's a £39.95 activation fee for each additional puck to pay too.

Yes. It's called the Whole Home subscription and is an additional monthly fee allowing you to view your streaming subscription on more than one puck or Glass TV.
