is there an issue with whole home pucks? my sky glass is working fine

today i swapped broadband provider ,setup my glass all good there but my 2 upstairs pucks have a tecnical issue message

is it something im doing ?

Have you reset your network connect and connected them to your new WiFi SSID (network name).
