dps texted to say not delivering sky equipment due to a problem. no info since. annoyed!
sky pucks were ordered and due for delivery last week. Dps then texted me 10/01/24 to say they were no longer delivering the equipment due to a problem. No explanations, no updates nothing, i have no idea if they order is just delayed, cancelled or what. no proper communication, not acceptable.

You'll need to call Sky as we are all customers on the forum.

@davidj709 Sky's lines are very busy folowing the recent storm but I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
