disney+ saying that their is no sky subscription

i have recently just bought disney+ on my sky stream via the marketplace and come to the website what it says it says their is no disney+ subscription

@liam2024  That's a shame I was hopeful that it would work for you.  TBH when I subscribed to Disney + 18 months ago I had no success doing so through Sky. I ended up paying for a month with no access but canceled after a few days when I realised there were issue.  After the cancellation had gone through I registered direct with Disney + and have never had a problem since .

Have you linked your Sky Account and Disney Account as per step 3 here:

@liam2024  See if you have any more success by going to the bottom of the Stream home page and selecting the following in this order: MySky / your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current.

 

Hopefully Disney + will be there and there will be an option to activate subscription.
