What do you mean by moving a Sky box? Do you have Sky Q and are expecting an engineer visit to alter the cabling from the dish?

@horace+davies  You've posted this in the Sky Stream section, however Sky stream does not have any engineer visits involved either in the setup or moving of the stream puck

 

What services have you boked this for?

You have posted in the Sky Stream section of the forum which has no engineer. If you booked for broadband or Sky Q you will need to speak to Sky we are fellow customers here on the forum.
