asking to update subscription but already subscribed and updated
I cant watch any live TV or stream any news, however, my netflix and BBC are all working. My TV asks me to update my subscription but there are no updates. I've restarted my sky box, my screen viewing settings are on auto and I paid my subcription for this month so thats not a problem, but there are no updates availble. What can I do?
