Unable to watch brassic season 5. Really frustrated with it, been able to watch all seasons up until now

A likely cause may be a software glitch. Try rebooting your puck by unplugging it for a minute or two and then plug it back in again. It will take about a minute to reboot.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Pefpwf A pity it didn't work but it was worth a try. If you report the matter to Viewer Relations at viewerR@sky.uk giving them as much detail of the programme as you can they can investigate.

It's happening on mine aswell. Really annoying, it's just on this particular series aswell, not sure what's happened because it was working fine the other day

Try a reboot as per post 2 above and if this doesnt work report the matter to Viewer Relations as viewerR@sky.uk giving them as much information about the series/episodes effected.
