Wint let me watch prorammes with UHD
I can't watch programmes that require UHD even though I have this on my package

Not a lot of information to go off. Is there any error message displayed on screen? Have you checked that your puck is set to output UHD in the display settings? What trouble shooting steps have you tried? What TV is it connected to? Has it worked previously?
Remember we are fellow subscribers, not Sky and don't know anything about your set up unless you tell us!
