I wanted to change my existing Sky Package to Sky Stream Essential + Whole Home and was informed that I would be charged significantly more than a new sky customer requesting the exact same package (ie new customer £27 p/month including up to 5 pucks).

I thought being a loyal customer counted for something. Im obviously wrong!

I've subsequently cancelled my Sky Subscription tonight.

@Martin3218 To get new customers to join they offer such discounts which you yourself would have benefited from when you signed up you can't and shouldn't expect the same level of discounts as an existing customer
