Television keeps freezing we turned box off still no joy only had put in 2 week ago wheel keeps turning also saying not connected then it is

Have you checked the connection speed to the internet using the Netflix get help Network check... measure it a few times a few minutes apart?
What speed did it report?

It reads 15.35 first then 15.97 then 19.16 maps

The minimum recommended speed is 30+ Mbps.
You can either connect by an Ethernet cable or Ethernet over power line.

Definitely not fast enough for a stable stream service.

If there is quite a difference I.e the pucks are downstairs and the router is in a cupboard upstairs that could be the issue.
if you can't move the router in a better location for better WiFi you can buy WiFi extenders or things like a TPLink power line for under £50 that can essentially provide your network through your electricity supply and you can plug your stream into the power line device using an Ethernet cable.
