Watch from start not working on sky sports

I reported an issue with watch from start not working on sky sports channels a week ago. It's still not fixed and tech support say they don't have a timeline for when it will be sorted. Today the SkyHelpTeam account on Twitter/X has been saying the issue is to do with sports rights and contracts. Has anyone had any sense out of Sky on what's going on?

Sky don't tend to provide ETCs when you report issues like this. What you have done is really all you can do as thats the way of logging programming/playback issues like that with Sky.

 

I suppose you could always raise a complaint with Sky if you aren't happy with their response.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
