Want to change stream to sky q

I want to change to sky q from sky stream

Hi @Chloe224 If you are in your cooling off period of 31 days or your contract is finishing with Stream there is no reason why you could not move to Sky Q.  However it might be a different story if you are still in contract.

Either way you will need to call Sky to discuss.  If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot provide the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.
