Voices on TV programs on the sky puck sound like a dalek on all channels. I've turned it on and off and no joy. The main sky glass TV is fine. I followed the instructions on self help to check digital sound output settings they were on auto as they were supposed to be - I've changed them to Dolby dogital plus and it works fine, not sure why it's suddenly gone weird?

Hey, yep have done that - unplugged left for 5 mins as per instructions no luck. Reset WiFi connection, have done everything I can think of.

Hi, yep. If I set it back to auto as it was (and as the help screen says) I get the weird voice, but if I set to Dolby it's fine. Nothing has changed - it's just started doing it. TV settings are ok.

Mine has done this exact same thing today (7th April) - I've set my sound from auto to Dolby and it works fine again.
if I set it back to Dolby plus or auto I get the distorted sound once more.
mist be an update issue maybe? Only happened from this morning when I turned the tv on.

That's exactly the same for me. Weird. Will leave it on Dolby until sorted. The main sky glass TV is fine.

Sky are investigating some sound issues at the moment, mainly around lip sync that seems to have been caused by the recent puck firmware upfate.
Some TVs and soundbar combinations often do get in a muddle when devices switch sound settings.
When doing a switch, it is best to put your TV and puck into standby and then remove the power plug or turn off socket for a few minutes on both.
It is often also a cure, when a certain sound setting goes array.
Put the puck into auto and do the powere remove on the TV and puck. The auto setting on the puck is a kind of reset flag for the audio.
