We have a few shows on channel 705 Utsav Plus HD that are over running and affecting our recordings that we either only see less than half the episodes or miss it. It's been like that the last couple of days. Either they need to cut the advertisements out or review the scheduling! Its really frustrating that we can't rely on the recording and programme schedule!

I agree it's so frustrating I have to record every serial as each one is falling into the other it's pathetic not what we pay sky for😡

This issue is driving me completely crazy. Everything is off schedule. Anyone know how to contact Utsav Plus? Whenever I've messaged them in the past, I've not received any kind of response. It's really frustrating.

Our contract is with Sky, so it would be best for us to address our concerns directly with them. They can then work with Utsav Plus, their supplier partner, to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, our influence over Utsav Plus is limited.

The EPG data for satellite channels is provided by the channels and not Sky. Therefore if the issue is with the EPG information being incorrect you need to raise this with the channel.

Good morning,
I am writing to address an issue with my TV, Broadband, and telephone package. A channel - Utsav plus - that we frequently watch and, more importantly, rely on for recording is not functioning as it should due to the previous program overrunning.
It is unacceptable that many customers, including myself, are facing this problem. While I understand that this may not be directly under Sky's control, I would like to remind you that our contract is with Sky. It is your responsibility to communicate with your supplier partner to find a resolution for these ongoing issues.
I request prompt action to rectify this matter.

your clearly not being helpful to any of your sky customers who have the same issue! Could you forward an email or contact number that we could please try. As you are clearly not willing to help anyone!

FYI this is a community of other Sky customers not Sky customer services so they aren't "our" customers.

You can download the entire programme via the Catchup facility. It may a day late but you will watch the entire programme!

I agree it's also affecting my programmes they are over running you end up missing your ptograms it needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency this is not acceptable
