Unable to watch buy & keep movie

I got a code from sky for a free movie. Chose the movie and bought it for £0.00 however whenever I try to watch it using my sky stream it keeps telling me to upgrade to SkyCinema. But I own the movie. I can watch the movie on my phone. Just not on my Sky Stream

Hi @Karolinax 

 

Sounds like you are trying to watch from the Sky interface rather from Sky store. Go to Playlist and scroll down to "Sky Store Purchases" and play from there.
