Unable to upgrade to whole home

We have Sky Stream, currently on one TV but want to upgrade to whole home. When I try though the app, the 'manage content packs' is greyed out and I can't select it. 

Does anyone know why this is and how I can speak to someone to sort it out if I can't do it through the app?

@RDMEECH  Please read my post above (post 2).  If you call Sky they will sort it out for you.  It in not uncommon to not be able to upgrade online.  In these circumstances the best solution is to phone Sky.

@RDMEECH The easy way around your problem is to simply phone Sky Customer Services.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

 

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

I've occasionally had the same issue when going through the iOS MySky app. No idea why it happens. Logging into MySky in a web browser via www.sky.com/mysky should allow you to make the same changes.

Thanks for your reply. It's the same both on the app and on the browser which makes me think there's a reason I can't do it.

Thank you. I did call and speak to someone brilliant so I got an upgrade and a couple of extra bits thrown in. They were also open until 9pm which was really helpful as I was trying to do it online thinking they'd only be open in office hours.
