Unable to perform factory reset on sky stream puck before returning. What should I do?
I'm at the end of contract, all of the equipment has been disconnected & I no longer have a tv. I was told to factory reset the equipment before I return it but I'm unable to do so. What should I do & how much of an issue is this?

Re: Unable to perform factory reset on sky stream puck before returning. What should I do?
Unless you can connect your Sky Stream box to a TV or compatible montor, you will not be able to perform the factory reset.
Its not necessarily a condition of return, it's just more for piece of mind, that your box may get passed on with remnants of your account details.
Although, any refurbished boxes that are reprocessed to other customers should in theory by Sky be factory reset themselves and have the latest firmware applied.
Is there not anyone else you know, that would let you temporarily connect the Sky Stream box to their TV, using an hdmi cable/port so you can go into the settings and do a factory reset.
You could take your Sky stream puck to a Sky shop or pop up Sky shop and ask them if they could possibly perform the factory reset for you using one of their Sky Glass display TVs.
No guarantee though they would agree to doing this, but worth an ask.
Otherwise, wrap or attach a note to the Sky Stream box, when you return it, mentioning you were not able to perform a factory reset and please can it be performed for your piece of mind.
