Unable to connect to Netflix Code: tvq-st-105, tv-st-142

For the past 2 days I cannot access Netflix. It shows codes: tvq-st-105 and 142. I have a stream box. Nothing happens in settings if I press  0.0.1 enter. Thanks for your help

@TX  Theee is no engineer menu on 0,0,1 on Stream.

 

You should be able to go to the settings  menu --> System management --> Resets & Updates --> refresh apps.

 

It can take up to 24 hours for the apps to refresh.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Netflix, I have followed the instructions to te-set with my stream box - it didn't work!
