For the past 2 days I cannot access Netflix. It shows codes: tvq-st-105 and 142. I have a stream box. Nothing happens in settings if I press 0.0.1 enter. Thanks for your help

You should be able to go to the settings menu --> System management --> Resets & Updates --> refresh apps.
It can take up to 24 hours for the apps to refresh.
