Unable to connect puck after recovery
Hi,
I had to recover my sky puck as it was flashing white. I have got to the page where to link account and activate but when I sign in on sky website I'm greeted to a message telling me to call customer support which then lead me here.

@SkystreamerHugo If you did afull reset and can't get it set back up you'll need to call as the Stream support teamwill need to be involved.

You need to basically ignore the automated system trying to send you here. If it asks did online solve the problem say "No". Or if it asks what your issue is trying saying "Sky Stream issue or error" and see if that helps.
