Unable to add Sky Sports to Stream account

I am trying to add Sky Sports on Stream and whichever way I do it I keep getting the MYSKY_1008 error code. I am looking for some advice please.

Try via the mysky app or website. Failing this you will need to call Sky as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

Thanks for the advice. I have tried the MySky app and the website but neither worked. I will try to call tomorrow. Who would have thought it would be this difficult to give them some more money!
