Unable to access race control on Sky Sports F1

I was watching FP3 for the Singapore GP and tried to access the onboard camera feeds via the race control option but no matter what feed I selected, it just closes the sidebar and stays on the main feed

I have a recording showing what I see here if that helps explain what's going on

Just noticed that my link got censored so it doesn't work... You know what else doesn't work? Sky Race Control.

Currently watching Mexico GP qualifying on Sky Sports F1 UHD and am still unable to access any streams via race control. I've even tried Sky Sports F1 HD, Sky Sports Main Event UHD & SSMELSUHD (Main Event Live Sync) but it doesn't work there either

Did you manage to get this sorted? I'm having the same problem again now with the Vegas GP.

Nope. I tried calling them but all they did was tell me to reset the stream puck which made the issue worse (it'd just show an error when attempting to access it) and then reset it again which put it back to the way it already was...

What channel are you having the problem on? Is it the F1 UHD or HD channel, or is it on a mobile device?

No problem @RR15119 , what was your experience i.e. did it not appear at all, was missing data, lagged...
