Long, long ago I bought a sky puc (back in the days when you could buy them).
When I stopped working from home, I cancelled my multi room/whole room setup.
I now want to reinstate this feature, but all that happens on the website is I get taken to my products to add it, but it's not in the list.
So, I did a reset of the sky puc, which let it upgrade to a newer version, and I can follow the wizard to the point it wishes to link my account. I do this and the sky website tells me to check my sky glass. The sky glass does not show anything. I've tried twice and nada.
Any suggestions, or am I going to have to call sky to get it sorted (I'd rather not)

You will need to call sky about this as you have done a factory reset and it has now removed you account details from the puck, this is why if you do any factory resets on the puck or the sky glass tv without being on the phone with a sky advisor this is what can happen i am afraid to say

@Dogtanian as you have reset the puck a call is unavoidable

I had to reset. It wouildn't start up 😞

Well, that didn't go well. Whole home added, but the call center refused to accept you could buy sky picks back in the day and wanted me to return it. *Sigh*
