Two problems with Sky Stream. Puck won’t connect to remote and can’t access Sky Store

Hello,

so one of the pucks just won't connect to a remote (now tried two including a replacement from Sky as we thought the remote was the problem). What to do? Send it back? we have tried all the reset stuff in the FAQs. Tried calling Sky but nobody appears to work there on Sunday.

Second issue is everytime we try to sign into Sky Store it just says "There is an issue with the login. Please check your details and try again" but I can't enter any details. Click on retry button but it goes nowhere.

Can you log on to SkyStore.com on a PC/laptop or mobile device?

Found a fix 

• Go to Playlist
• Go to the bottom and select Sky Store Purchases
• Log into your Sky account from here and you should see your content 
• Go back to the Sky Store App and you should be able to see your library
