Tv keeps turning off, and the picture keeps freezing and pixels distorting the screen

Your TV turning off is nothing to do with Sky, regarding the picture issue, have you tried rebooting your Sky+ box ?

You've posted two Sky+ threads plus one on stream so have you got Sky+?

@Tom1906  You seem to be replying to older threads in the Stream forum (whch has been removed) and created another thread in the Sky+ section.

So the question has already been asked which system do you have as Sky + issues would not make your TV switch off it sounds like you actually have Glass or stream (given you replied to an old thread in the stream forum).

We have tried a different sky box on our tv and that one works ok so it's the box that doesn't work 

we have tried rebooting it as well
