How is it connected to your hub? What speed is the puck/Glass TV getting? Go the netflix app, get help, run speed test.
You need at least 25mbps for HD & 35mbps for UHD, anything less than that and these issue will occur.

Same thing happens with me. I was watching iPlayer and the football and it suddenly stops playing and then the puck turning off. Apparently it's an issue with my broadband provider. My speed is 500MBPS
I also just had it on Sky sports main event watching the cricket. It just froze and didn't do anything. I had to swap channels and go back
