When I turn my tv on with remote it always says no signal so I can't get sky stream on,
The only way I can get sky on is turn the power off on both tv & sky at the wall and turn it back on again then it comes on straight away. I should have to keep turning tv & sky off at the wall every time I want to watch the tv.
can you help please

Go into settings on the puck > Standby and Startup and turn "Networked standby mode" On and "Overnight power saving" OFF. And see if this helps.
It might also be worth checking CEC control is on, within the puck and in your TV settings, to ensure that your TV will automatically switch on / change to the correct input when the Puck is turned on.

It is quite possible you are being affected by one of two issues. Either this one or this one where newer Stream Pucks cannot be brought out of standby with the remote via bluetooth and can only be woken up via infra signal from the remote.
Is your sky stream puck hidden? If so try pointing the Sky Stream remove directly at the front and press the home/sky button on the remote to see if that brings it out of sleep. If that works then you are affected by one of the two bluetooth remote issues.
One issue can be fixed by updating the firmware in your remote (see this answer), the other issue which only seems to affect the newest stream pucks still has no fix.
