Turns of , freezes .5 mkn delay ect

Very delayed on turning on. Programs take 5 5mins to load and films always buffet . It's not working far it should and often just turns off

What broadband speed is reaching your puck? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network test. 

Ideally you want a stable connection of 30Mbps and above. 

It's also worthwhile periodically rebooting the puck, either from the restart menu or by turning it off at the wall for a minute. This resets the connection to Sky's servers.
