Trying to set up Sky Stream box won’t let me insert WiFi password

Trying to set up new sky stream puck to Sony Tv have got to the let's get connected page but it's won't let me click on the WiFi using password button

@Baggins24 the Stream remote should allow you to connect check you have fully removed the paper slip that protected tge batteries it is easy to have a bit torn off. Open the back of the remote by sliding the cover down a bit butvtgey can be quite stiff.
