Trying to install sky stream box but has frozen can anyone help

Have had sky installed but trying to setup tv but sreen has frozen will not let me proceed

@novice  Have you tried unplugging the puck for around 10 minutes and then try again

 

You should follow the steps gere to setup your puck https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/setting-up-sky-stream/articles/setting-up-sky-str...
