Remote paired fine on first use but since factory reset of the puck cannot get the stream remote to operate any tv functions (volume or power) So frustrating, stream has been a huge dissapointment so far, much worse the sky q

Might be worth trying a repairing of your puck remote.
Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for 3 seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
