Toshiba 65UF3D53DB not supported on stream

Remote paired fine on first use but since factory reset of the puck cannot get the stream remote to operate any tv functions (volume or power) So frustrating, stream has been a huge dissapointment so far, much worse the sky q

Why did you reset the puck ... incomplete reset maybe the issue ... have you reported your issue to Sky?

Might be worth trying a repairing of your puck remote.

 

  1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for 3 seconds.
  2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
  3. Follow the instructions on screen
