Today my cooling periods will end and I want cancel the sky sport before 31/01/2024

I want to cancel my sky sport subscription and today is the last day of my cooling periods and I cannot get access to a customer service staff from the cancellation team.

The call centre would have closed by now, really if you waited until the last day of the cooling off period you should have tried to phone at the start of the day rather than wait until the evening.

@Kamsuldan There is nothing for the forum to note thus as we are customers like you, as advised you've left it a bit late to cancel in the cool off period as you still need to give 30 days notice.

@Kamsuldan All I can suggest is that you should call Sky Customer Services first thing in the morning to discuss cancellation.
