The sky puck is not connecting to TV

Since this morning sky TV is not working . Even we couldnt accsees the   SKY  MENU

we tried all recomended technical support , Still not working at all. We purchased connection just 1month ago

Please help to fix this ASAP

First off try pulling the plug for a few minutes
