Last night the tv suddenly went blank. I,m expecting a new puck today so have Sky disconnected my old one already? Very naughty of them.
I have turned the box off and on and still nothing. Sky go also stopped working but logging out and back in resolved that issue.
What can I do other than wait for the new puck to arrive?
