TV keeps turning off and then on whilst watching Gangs of London on Sky Atlantic

whilst watching Sky Atlantis series my Samsung TV suddenly turns OFF and almost immediately comes back on.  This happens many times almost constantly.

That was raised yesterday and at a glance it has some similarities to what you're having - although on your TV might manifest differently.
