Survey completed. Are they listening?
I was sent two surveys.
1st one about using the Sky puck..........here's what I said I don't like about it.
1. The puck doesn't start on the same channel I turned it off on.
2. No Blue button to go back to the last channel I was watching.
3. Lip sync issues, why is the setting right down at the bottom of the page with NO image to adjust too?
4. The scrolling is frustrating, sometimes press the button to go UP the channels and sometimes DOWN to go up the channels!
5. Channels that have these weird ad breaks, if you start watching the second half, you can't add the film, just the second half will record.
6. You can't use the back button if you start typing in the wrong channel number.
7. Three plus seconds to change channel.......come on, it was insentanious back in the 1970s!!!
8. 'Watch from the start'..........O.M.G. the most annoying feature!!!!!! it pops up anywhere between 1/2 second to 6 seconds, then it just hangs there for ages.
9. Kind of number one...start the puck, go down to channels, one click to the right to BBC1 then.......you can put the channel number in...**bleep**!
The second survey was about costs and what I would pay for like Apple+, Disney+ etc.......all the channels and services with about a million different combinations, I gave up half way through. I prefer to pay different providers seperately, Sky is dying, and with Eurosport going to TNT, there's not much keeping me with Sky, if it wasn't for F1, I'd be gone by now.
I wonder if the Sky bosses read the surveys or are they just too busy playing golf?
