Super rugby Playlist - Sky Steam

I added super rugby on skysports to my playlist.

Last week the games were available to watch from 'game week 1'. 

I watched half a game and went back to find it and all game week 1 games have gone and only game week 2 games available or upcoming game week 3.

stranglely if I go to 'continue watching

I can watch the game i was watching although its not showing anywhere else or the other game week 1 games.

odd and frustrating. Wouldnt have this issue on sky Q

I've had a similar issue. If you navigate to "other" next to "series 1" you'll find 3 out of 5 week 1 games. They have randomly removed the other 2 games from week 1, even though the games aired on Sky owned channels and I "recorded" them. 

Can a superuser please tag a Sky employee so we can get clarity on the below?

1. Why are 2 out of 5 games from week one of Super Rugby not visible on my Playlist anymore? Please don't repond with the generic "it's a rights thing".  Can you please explain if Sky has the rights to allow customers to view 3 out of 5 games from week 1 for over a week and other 2 games from the same week for less a week? Makes no sense. 

2. Why are some games from this season in "Other" and others in "Series 1"? They should all be in the same place. Having games in different locations is confusing for customers.

Sounds like a similar issue to my experience.

As I said in my original message they were removed from my playlist.

I did however find all game week one games over the week by doing the following ...

home > scroll over from playlist to sports tab>scroll down half page then tab to rugby union> then click on a super rugby game > then click other and you find the games far. By scrolling almost all the way to the right.

Thank you, will do. Their responses to previous queries have been so disappointing but I'll give it a try.

So the games are there but not on my playlist and only by searching them in a weird backdoor method.

I'll flag it to Viewer Relations and see if they can make Super Rugby content in one, easy to find location. 

Sky Stream is meant to make content easier to find 😑

Its one of my biggest frustrations with sky steam. I often catch up with sport 'chasing playback' when its live or just finished and its never guaranteed to be there or working... I 'record' UHD and then for some reason its only available in HD for some reason in my playlist verson.

I just tried this but I can still only find 3 of the games from week 1. 

So. Frustrating.
