Find out more@Ramzanwork normal first steps are to check your internet connection and to disconnect the puck'spower for 30 seconds and then reconnect it again which forces a reboot. Otherwise you can call Sky whose lines open at 7am or post some detail of the symptoms and what you have done already so forum members can provide help,rather than guess what maybe wrong.
