Sport (particularly football) Live.

I have been with SkyQ from the beginning but I am new to stream.  I 'recorded' the live Leeds v Portsmouth match.  I arrived home after about 40 minutes and went to watch it 'From The Start'.  I clicked on my Playlist and selected the match but it appears the only way I could watch from the start was to go into the live match and choose 'Watch From The Start' but couldn't do it without seeing the current score!  Is there a different way of doing it without seeing the live score please?

While I am on the subject I noticed that going into a previously finished match, in this case Blackburn v Derby, to watch it the Thumbnail showing the match has the final score in full view, so again is there a way to watch previous matches without seeing the score?  Thank.

@Stephen+Mourton

As you've mentioned Stream and playlist I've moved your post from the Sky Q board.

Hi @Stephen+Mourton

If you go into TV guide > sport there should be a "restart what's on now" rail above the TV guide listings where you can trigger playback without loading the "live" channel.

@mikealanr   Thanks for that.  What about my second question?  Can you watch a game no longer live without seeing the score?  Cheers.

I'm slightly confused. My answer above is for you to watch from start without going to the live channel, thus not revealing the score..

Re: Sport (particularly football) Live.

@mikealanr  Sorry if I wasn't clear.  What you told me allows me to join a 'live' match from the start without seeing the score which is great thanks and answers my first question.  What I was meaning in my second question was, what it the match is no long 'live' and finished either earlier that day or even the previous day.  Using the Blackburn v Derby match from last night as an example I can find the thumbnail to watch it but the thumbnail says 'Charlton 4 Derby 2'.

Hi @Stephen+Mourton

In that case it will become available via playlist. However you are at the mercy of the broadcaster (Sky Sports, TNT, BBC etc) to make it available. Some are better than others, unless a "cloud" recording has been made and should be able to watch right away.

But this can be hit and miss with various sports and providers.

Also worth mentioning the playlist feature would only work on games being broadcast on the linear Sky Sports channels, and aren't supported for games behind the extra Sky Sports + streams.

Re: Sport (particularly football) Live.

@mikealanr @Thanks for your reply.  If I am correct (and I am still trying to get my head around some things) that for the match to be in my Playlist iI would have had to selected the match previously.  If I want to watch a match from, say the previous day, that I had not previously selected for my Playlist is there a way of selecting it without seeing the score on the thumbnail?
