Coming to the final 20 mins of The Americans ( series 6 ep 10 ) came to commercial break and used the ad skip facility then left with a green spinning circle. Have switched off at mains and also reset the puck but all other programmes are unaffected but the same thing is happening on a second tv/puck.
So everything is working except every episode plays the opening ad and sticks on the green spinning circle.
Suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

On trying again in last half hour this seems to be fixed now.
Can you try it again, hopefully it's been fixed for you now?

See similar ad skipping glitches for those last few episodes of Series 6 on the C4 app,
Tried other series and other programmes within the C4 app and ad skipping working fine.
Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
ViewerR@sky.uk
They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.
