Sound keeps stopping on tv, on a daily basis.

I have a sky tv puck and everyday the sound drops out just stops, I have to turn it off and on , sometimes a few times to get the sound back

Similar here puck just seems to go crazy no sound, grey screen, can't change channel.  What on earth is going on?  Sky performance getting worse.  I have 2 pucks similar issues on both.  Done all the usual even factory reset issues dissappear for a while minutes to days then come back only seen the issue this month never before.
