Some channels saying i need to upgrade my subscription to get them

I am on a 18 euro a month subscription for 12 months with essential tv.there are certain channels like u and gold and some other channels that don't work..I get a message saying that I need to upgrade my subscription and then when I click on it it says there's a problem..try again later..any suggestions?

I believe the channels you have listed are not included in the sky essentials package.
