So I’m trying to add a new TV and sound bar keep getting the error can’t hook up to Google servers

So I'm trying to hook my sky stream box up to a new TV and sound bar when I try it says cannot connect to Google servers try again. How do I fix this issue or do I need a new box? Thanks.

Not seen this issue before. Is this definitely a screen on the Sky Puck? Would you be able to take a photo.amd post it here?

@Jon6688  Who provides your broadband?

 

Was your stream puck previously activated and working?

 

If yes I would suggest it the TV itself as it's not clear from your post if it's the actual TV your setting up or the puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That doesn't look like a Sky puck screen. Sky software is blue with the logo in the left hand corner. Cancel out of that screen and select the appropriate HDMi port using your TVs remote.
