Hi Guys, I keep having to switch off and on Dolby Atmos on my Samsung S95B TV for my Sky puck to stream Dolby Atmos content through my Samsung hw-q990b .
Dolby Atmos works fine with other devices, like my Amazon firestick.
So I've isolated the issue, so I know the problem is with the sky puck.
I've tried numerous workarounds and much troubleshooting with no joy.
Any help to resolve this would be much appreciated.

Yeah I did that, I've followed all the recommended settings but I still have to switch atmos off and on every time i start the tv for it to work.

So just to clarify, I've got my sky puck's sound setting - Digital audio output HDMI set to Auto.
My Samsung S95B TV sound settings as - Digital Output Audio set to Pass-Through.
So everything works fine with Dolby Atmos showing up on the soundbar and on the TV's info, but when I turn the tv on the next day I have to manually go into the sound settings on the tv and switch Dolby Atmos off and back on again for everything to function as normal.
Any suggestions please so I don’t have to do this every time I switch the tv on?
I have tried changing hdmi cables and unplugging everything and resetting everything but it's still the same.

I'm having the same issue with my Sony Bravia and Sony soundbar. My Sky Stream refuses to play Dolby Atmos without audio dropouts. No other streaming device (Fire Stick 4K/Apple TV 4K & TV) has this issue when streaming via the eArc port. Sky will acknowledge issues and promise that an update will fix things and it hasn't. I've only been a costumer for 6 weeks and so far I'm not very impressed with the device.

Problem Solved!
I tried switching the sky puck on first and then the tv. Well it's working fine without me having to go into the tv's sound settings and switch Dolby Atmos off and on for it to work.
I don't have to do that with my Amazon firestick.
Usually I switch on the tv then the device I want to watch.
Anyway I can live with that.
Has anyone else been through the same thing?
