It's very irritating I never wanted the puck as internet where we live is awful but they don't offer dishes anymore it's a case of not being fit for purpose tbh

I have the same issue, it loses sync when it goes into adverts or comes out of adverts. The only way I've found to clear it is to channel up and then channel down again and it re syncs. But will drop again next ad break. Only had this problem since I got a new tv and upgraded to 4k pack.
Hopefully sky will fix this soon

Yeah that's what I do, the quicker Sky sort it the better 😉

Hi I am in the same situation, maybe the issue is the sound format presented by the Advert break is different form the F1 broadcast and is unable to sync when retuning back to the broadcast. I just wish Sky would acknowledge the issue sort out a solition.

The last part of the programme the sync wasn't an issue with the ads.. so hopefully it stays this way

Had terrible issues with sound not being in sync. A reply on here suggested changing sound settings (settings at bottom of home menu & go to sound) Changing settings from auto to stereo seems to work 👍

Please ignore my last post saying solution worked, it did for a few minutes then straight back to a good couple of second delay in sync. Really annoying.

Yes I tried it but it soon went back out of sync

Out of sync with Ad breaks during Sky Sports. Only seems to have happened very recently - any updates on this from Sky?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tony+Nacho Others have reported that as a temporary fix if you flip to another channel and then back to what you were watching it puts the programme back in sync.
I no longer have the lip sync issue but when I did I got it back in sync by rewinding for a couple of seconds and then pressing the back button to get back to live TV.
Audio settings of PCM or Passthrough also seem to have less lip sync
