Hi
I came to end of my yearly contract with sky tv, which I was advised I didn't need to renew if I didn't want to. I paid the remaining balance and the contract "naturally came to an end" it states on the account sky tv services cancelled. Is that confirmation that the contract was paid and came to an end?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@YoungMick2020 We are all customers on this forum like yourself so you are not addressing Sky and of course we do not have access to your account.. You will need to call them to discuss the matter with them.
If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

Apologies, I was just trying to see if everyone's account information was also displaying incorrect information or if people are having problems in the account.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@YoungMick2020 I have just checked my account information on MySky and it is showing what I would expect. That is price details of the various items I subscribe to together with the overall price, payment details and balance.
I am on a monthly rolling contract.
