I've upgraded my sky box but the service is terrible. Sky jumps and stutters, the sound is out of sync.
YouTube, Netflix etc disconnect so I've got re enter the passwords every day
mid rather use my old box.

Same issue with mine too, constantly saying 'wait for your program to load' sound out of sync everyday having to unplug the puck and re connect WiFi. A lot of pixelation too total waste of money
