Sky streaming issue, intermittent freezing during playback of almost everything we watch.

Tv freezing very often and at present black screen and not loading. Not happy

What is your router's sync speed to the internet?

 

What is your Puck's connection speed to the internet measured using the Netflix Network check on the Puck?
