I've set up my sky stream puck but when I go to select a programme, it says please wait for your programme to load but nothing happens, the screen is black. Then it says there is a technical with this channel. I've tried a number of different channels

minutes see if that solves it

@Pooks17I had the same and off/wait/on worked for me, however what software version are you on as the latest one that is currently being rolled out (QS17) cures a lot of bugs.
