Sky stream stopped working, tried off and on several times. Message on screen says No sign

Sky stream stopped working, tried switching off and on several times 

 Message on screen says no signal. Need help as no TV at all

@Clare271 what do you get the error message on, the Home Screen? On demand apps? Live channels? Everything?

@Clare271 if the on screen message has a black background check you TV is set to the inout the puck is connected to.
