Sky stream software update

Is there anyway to force  software update on the sky stream boxes ?

No, the software update is automatic and you only get the version that Sky have assigned that device.

Not all of the units are updated the same time - the updates are released in batches.

you can pretty much judge if you are in the first batch as a post will normally appear on here when the subscribers in the first batch get it
